Dr. Cappiello uses the safest implant designed exclusively for the lips: PermaLip, which has undergone extensive clinical testing to ensure its safety and efficacy. It is made of a soft solid silicone using an injection molding process to produce naturally contoured implant with a smooth nonporous surface. This implant cannot rupture or deflate and may be removed at any time without difficulty.
